look forward to more posts, i work in marketing too. just curious where the name Discrete Wireless came from? do you know, does it mean anything?

    • Hi Jason! I am interested in keeping up with other marketing professionals, do you currently run a blog?

Discrete Wireless came from the ability to install our product where the employee wasn’t aware of the installation or the existence of the product. Some business preferred the fact that they were tracking their employees to be “discrete”. As the industry has evolved and GPS fleet tracking has become the norm in industries with fleets, a lot of companies have moved away from the discrete installation, even though the option is still available.

ive done blogs in the past but its hard keeping it interesting – for me and the readers! but ill try to post feedback on your blog when i can

thats interesting about the name as ive always thought the definition of discrete was something that was individually separate, but i guess most people think of it as discreet instead, so its not really a problem i guess.

what keywords are u targeting? i might know of some good places to get link backs

    • Hey Jas. I appreciate the feedback! I’ve been in the industry for about 2 years, so I know I have a lot to learn (thus the blog!). The two keywords we are trying to get on the front page for are “Fleet Tracking” and “GPS Fleet Tracking”. I think we are on the front right now for the second one.

Writing these directory listings are giving me a headache! I’m definitely learning how to sell my company in so many different words!
